Description

Is a specially formulated free-flowing white powder mixed with water to form a paste used to fill up cracks and achieve smooth and even concrete surfaces, it is also sag resistant - perfect for ceiling, beams, and other overhead applications. FEATURES • Super Adhesion • Superior Strength and Durability • Resistant to hairline cracks • Saves time and money! SURFACE PREPARATION • Ensure that surface is free of dust, oil, laitance, paint, curing compound, algae, mildew, and other contaminants. • Scrape o cement residue, loose material, and sand away rough edges for a smooth surface. • Surface must be cured 5-7 days before application. PRODUCT PREPARATION • Blend until the mixture is lump-free and homogenous. Use an electric mixer for bigger volumes of the mixture. PRODUCT APPLICATION • Lightly mist concrete surface with water, or dampen with a wet cloth before applying. • Apply MONDO™ SKIMCOAT™ SK-1 with the use of a clean stainless or wooden trowel. Recommended skimcoat thickness for application is 0.50–2mm. PAINT APPLICATION • Lightly sand the coated surface to prepare it for paint. • Wipe off dust. • Apply the recommended painting system.
