1. Inconsistent Quality

The human factor, along with no standard measurements and techniques, can lead to a weak mixture or too wet/dry mixture—jeopardizing the structure. Make sure to properly train your construction staff to avoid making a weak concrete mix.

2. Labor-Intensive and Time-Consuming

Manual mixing is physically demanding and slower.

3. Limited Volume

It’s not ideal for large-scale projects where you need volume and speed.

Which to Choose
